SAP connection & services
The app connects to your SAP system directly from each tablet on your own network — test the connection from the app (Login screen → “Test connection”). It uses the standard SAP services by default; no SAP development needed.
Support contact
Shown to your users in the app’s Help screen, so they contact your helpdesk instead of the provider.
Provider support access
Lets the Warehouse Pilot provider sign in to this console to help set up and configure your system. Off by default. It does not grant access to your SAP system or warehouse data, is time-limited, fully logged, and you can revoke it anytime.
Team access
When off, any of your SAP users can sign in (listed users still get their assigned modules). When on, only active listed users can sign in.
