Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
1. Who we are & scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Bluerise Techlead Software Solutions LLC (“Warehouse Pilot”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the Warehouse Pilot mobile application (the “App”) and the website at warehousepilot.app (the “Site”). Together the App and Site are the “Services”.
Warehouse Pilot is an independent software product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by SAP SE. It connects to SAP® systems that you or your organisation own and control.
2. Information we collect
a. Your SAP sign-in credentials. To connect to your SAP system, you enter your SAP user name, password, and client number in the App. These are stored locally on your device using the platform’s secure credential store (Apple Keychain on iOS, the Android Keystore on Android) and are sent only to the SAP system your organisation has configured, over an encrypted connection. We do not transmit, receive, or store your SAP credentials on our servers.
b. Business and warehouse data. When you use the App, it retrieves warehouse data (such as stock, tasks, orders and inventory documents) live from your organisation’s SAP system and displays it on your device. This data passes directly between your device and your SAP system. We do not collect, store, or have access to your warehouse or business data.
c. Organisation activation & account details. If your organisation subscribes, we process limited business information needed to set up and manage the subscription — for example your organisation name, the connection settings your administrator provides, the activation code issued to you, and the business contact details of your administrator.
d. Enquiry & contact information. If you contact us (for example to request a demo or quote), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business email address, company, and the contents of your message.
e. Device & diagnostic information. The App may process basic technical information (such as app version and operating system) needed to run correctly and to provide support. The App does not currently include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
f. Website information. Our Site uses only the cookies or storage strictly necessary for it to function. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and support the Services.
- To authenticate you to your organisation’s SAP system (using credentials held only on your device).
- To set up and administer organisation subscriptions and activation.
- To respond to your enquiries, demos, and support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
4. Legal bases (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Services you or your organisation requested); legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Services and respond to enquiries); consent (where we ask for it); and legal obligation (where the law requires it).
5. How we store & protect information
- Credentials never leave your device except to authenticate to your SAP system; they are held in the OS secure keystore.
- Encryption in transit: connections between the App and your SAP system use HTTPS/TLS.
- Per-user access: each person signs in with their own SAP account — the App does not use shared technical accounts.
- We apply appropriate organisational and technical measures to the limited information we do hold (such as subscription and enquiry data).
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
6. When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers / sub-processors who help us run the Services, under contract and only as needed. Our current sub-processors are our backend and database provider (Supabase), used solely for organisation activation and licensing, and our website hosting provider.
- With your SAP system, which you or your organisation control (this is the core function of the App).
- Where required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
- In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this policy.
7. Your SAP system & your data
The App is a tool for accessing data that lives in your organisation’s SAP system. For that warehouse and business data, your organisation is the data controller and is responsible for how it is used; we act only as a provider of software that displays and acts on that data at your direction. Your use of your SAP system remains governed by your own agreements with SAP and your organisation’s policies.
8. Data retention
Because warehouse data is not stored by us, there is nothing for us to retain on that front. Credentials remain on your device until you sign out or uninstall the App. We keep subscription and enquiry information only for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates. Where information is processed in another country, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by law.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@warehousepilot.app. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. For requests about warehouse data held in your organisation’s SAP system, please contact your organisation.
11. Children’s privacy
Warehouse Pilot is a business tool intended for use by organisations and their employees. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Third-party services
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play, whose own privacy terms apply to your download and account with them. The App connects to SAP systems operated by you or your organisation, which are governed by your own agreements. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
